Reporting to an exceptional Finance Director and working closely with the Board and wider leadership team, this is a role that offers both challenge and opportunity in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering insightful financial analysis and commercial challenge
* Lead the development of robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
* Transform complex financial data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making
* Spearhead finance business partnering initiatives across multiple functions
* Play a key role in strategic projects and change initiatives, ensuring finance is a driver of business success
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / ICAEW) with strong commercial finance experience
* Proven track record in a senior finance or business partnering role within a complex, fast-paced environment
* Outstanding analytical skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
* A proactive and dynamic mindset with the ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible results
