What your days could look like
* Working with small groups or one-to-one pupils who need consistency
* Creating safe routines and supportive learning spaces
* Using your behaviour management in a way that feels human, not heavy
* Helping pupils feel seen, heard, and valued
* Teaching without the endless planning pressure

You’ll need
* QTS or equivalent
* Strong, calm behaviour management and a genuine interest in SEMH
* Flexibility and resilience
* A willingness to work as part of a team who care deeply about their pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
