Job Description
3. Manage and resolve anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies.
4. Provide advice and guidance to residents regarding anti-social behaviour issues.
5. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to address and resolve cases efficiently.
6. Prepare and present reports, evidence, and statements for legal proceedings when necessary.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
8. Support the delivery of initiatives to prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour within the community.
9. Respond to complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
10. Contribute to the improvement of policies and procedures related to anti-social behaviour management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ASB Officer should have:
11. Experience in managing anti-social behaviour cases, preferably within the not-for-profit or property sector.
12. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices related to anti-social behaviour.
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with residents and stakeholders.
14. Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload efficiently.
15. Competence in producing detailed reports and presenting evidence for legal cases.
16. A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving issues.
