Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Bexhill-on-Sea.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Your role will involve assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital part in their lives.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Our services operate 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life!
Shift patterns (Monday to Sunday):
* 07:00-14:30
* 09:00-16:30
* 14:30-22:00
* Weekends only: 10:00-15:00
