Shifts: Day Shift (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) and Night Shift (22:00-06:00)

We are looking for a passionate and organised Operational Trainer to support our production teams in delivering high-quality, consistent performance across our factory operations. You'll play a key role in onboarding new starters, delivering capability training, maintaining training records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct capability assessments and confirm competency of production colleagues.
* Deliver hands-on training and support for colleagues needing additional development.
* Collaborate with Area Managers, ASLs, and Team Leaders to identify training needs.
* Maintain and update skills matrices and training records to audit-ready standards.
* Support the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Deliver refresher training and ensure compliance with operational standards.
* Contribute to new process introductions, trials, and improvement initiatives.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in training, coaching, or buddying within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Knowledge of production processes and a passion for driving quality.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A 'Train the Trainer' and/or Assessor qualification (or willingness to work toward).
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
We have two options which you will be asked to select during your application:
* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
* Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
