SEN Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision Kettering, Northamptonshire Competitive Daily Rate Full-Time | Term Time Only Alternative Provision Setting Start Date: ASAP Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work within an alternative provision setting in the Kettering area. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with complex needs who require additional emotional, behavioural, and educational support to access learning and reach their full potential. The provision supports students who may struggle within mainstream education and benefit from a more nurturing and structured environment. The successful candidate will be patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
