Home Instead Welwyn & Hatfield, are urgently recruiting staff who can work 5 evenings and alternate weekends commencing at 4-5pm - finishing at 9-10pm. We can be flexible around your availability. We will also require you to work the agreed hours on alternate weekends (mandatory).
We are happy to train those without experience who have a strong interest in working in care and would like to find out more about the roles available.
You must have a UK driving licence and your own car, and have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship, and do not offer those under sponsorship additional hours.
You will undertake an extensive and on-going training programme to ensure you have the required skills and knowledge and whilst training you will be paid at the basic rate. You will also undergo an Enhanced Adult DBS check and your references will be taken - We care for vulnerable Adults so a clean record is essential.
We also require you to reside locally, any applications from people who do not live in the community we serve, will be referred to their nearest local Home Instead Office, 255+ offices nationwide.
Benefits include:

* Paid travel when moving from one client to another (some restrictions apply).
* Paid travel allowance £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile.
