No teaching qualification required What is a Cover Supervisor? Cover Supervisors are essential members of school staff who step in when teachers are absent. You’ll be managing a classroom, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring that students stay focused and productive. What You'll Be Doing: * Supervising classes across a range of subjects using materials provided by teaching staff. * Maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment. * Helping students stay engaged with their work and offering guidance where needed. * Recording attendance and reporting any issues to the appropriate staff. * Occasionally supporting departments or form groups depending on school needs.
