Are you a skilled lettings professional looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Lovelle.
What we're looking for:
* Experience is essential – you must have a proven background in residential lettings.
* A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Strong knowledge of lettings processes, legislation, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, driven, and customer-focused attitude.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Key responsibilities:
* Registering and qualifying new applicants.
* Conducting viewings and negotiating lets.
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Progressing lets from start to finish with efficiency and accuracy.
* Supporting the lettings team to achieve and exceed branch targets.
