Forest School Lead – Full-Time

Monarch Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Forest School Lead to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coleshill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who can plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions across all year groups, promoting outdoor learning and a love for nature.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and lead inspiring Forest School lessons for pupils from EYFS through to Year 6.
* Create a safe, stimulating outdoor environment that encourages exploration, independence, and resilience.
* Develop and implement a progressive Forest School curriculum tailored to different age groups.
* Ensure all activities comply with health and safety standards and risk assessments.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to integrate outdoor learning into the wider school curriculum.
* Promote wellbeing, teamwork, and environmental awareness through hands-on experiences.
Requirements:
* Forest School Leader qualification / TA qualifation or Teacher Qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
* Proven experience delivering Forest School sessions across primary age ranges.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage resources effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to outdoor education, sustainability, and child development.
* Ability to inspire and engage pupils in a natural setting.
