Your Role's Purpose

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People Team Administrator to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts, as well as contribute to a positive workplace through HR administration and employee relations support. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our candidates and team members alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Recruitment & Onboarding
* Coordinate recruitment logistics, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Support hiring managers through the recruitment process, maintaining clear timelines and documentation.
* Manage and improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
* People Team and Employee Relations Administration
* Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS.
* Support day-to-day HR admin tasks such as document management, data entry, and compliance checks.
* Assist with reporting and tracking key people metrics.
* Employee Relations Support
* Support the People Relations Manager with employee relations cases, note-taking, organising meetings, and follow-up.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and communications.
