Support Worker – Young Crisis Hub Bank | Full & Part-Time Hours Available£16.40 – £20.04 per hour
Young Crisis Hub provides solo, home-based placements for young people in crisis. We support complex presentations, often subject to DoLS, in small settings focused on stabilisation and safety.
We're looking for experienced CAMHS Support Workers who are confident in high-risk situations and genuinely committed to helping young people move forward.
You will support young people in their day-to-day lives, helping them feel safe, understood and settled. Building consistent, trusting relationshipsFollowing care plans, assessments and PBS strategiesSupporting routines, personal care and daily living skillsManaging and responding to riskSupporting community access and independenceMaintaining clear and accurate care records
You'll need to be reliable, steady under pressure, and comfortable supporting young people who can present with challenging behaviour. A Level 3 qualificationFull UK driving licenceExperience supporting young people with high-risk and complex needs
