We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team based in St Neots, Cambridge. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of operations, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.
Location
St Neots, Cambridge – travel to the office required with some remote working.
Hours
Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary
£30,000 – £34,000 per year + excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
As an Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project administration, providing support to the Senior Office Manager and the wider administrative team to help deliver efficient project operations.
Your day to day will include:
* Processing materials, overheads and plant orders as required
* Providing administrative support across all project areas, including managing office consumables and services
* Maintaining compliance with client procurement processes and budgets
* Resolving invoice holds by liaising with site teams and accounts payable
* Conducting internal cost control checks and preparing ad‑hoc supplier payment requests
Qualifications
This Office Manager role could be a great fit if you:

* Are able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
