About the Role:
This is a leadership role within a well-established company specializing in food packaging machinery. As Head of Sales, you will lead the company's commercial operations, focusing on winning new business and developing existing accounts. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth. It is a home-based position with regular national customer visits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the packaging machinery or food production sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop growth strategies and plans
* Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
* Expand the client base
* Understand and communicate the business's products and value proposition
* Prepare business proposals and forecasts

* Maintain internal relationships, including with overseas offices
