Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Inside Sales Account Manager in Wednesbury.
We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in managing a portfolio of customers whilst generating new business from lapsed customers. You will be the key point of contact for the customer from providing product information, order generation and client aftercare.
You will be working as part of a pairing to manage a territory together, generating new business, growing existing accounts and supporting the business through a period of growth.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for:
* Account Manage and existing portfolio of customers
* Create new business opportunities
* Reconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach
* Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
* Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI’s
