Join Mattressman, one of the UK’s leading mattress and bed retailers, as our new Marketing Executive, supporting the Marketing Team and Head of Brand in delivering impactful campaigns, store assets, and online content. About the Role As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering all marketing campaigns across our store estate and online channels. Based at our Norwich head office, this full-time, office-based role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both digital and in-store marketing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing business. Key Responsibilities Support the Marketing Team in delivering seasonal campaigns, brand activations and in-store POS. Liaise with Store Managers across our 9 UK locations to understand and fulfil their local marketing needs. Coordinate the production and delivery of printed store assets, ensuring all materials are correct and delivered on time. Write product descriptions and other supporting copy for our website. Provide light support with social media, including content ideation, filming TikToks, and assisting with reels. Assist in the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns. Handle general marketing admin tasks, such as updating campaign plans, managing creative assets and coordinating with print suppliers. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with great attention to detail. A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams and store staff. A creative thinker with a flair for writing engaging content. Able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Familiar with social media platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram) and interested in trends and content creation. Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva), or copywriting is a plus but not essential.
