An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a highly specialised care environment supporting adults with complex needs. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care, while working within a multidisciplinary team to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of each individual.
You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering tailored nursing care for residents with varied learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex conditions.
This is a great role for a RGN, RMN or RNLD
Key responsibilities of a Hospital Manager;
Delivering clinical care in line with personalised care plans
Carrying out accurate nursing assessments and reviews
Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively
Supporting service users to maintain independence and dignity
Working closely with families, external professionals, and care staff
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment
Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in accordance with NMC guides
Key requirements a Hospital Manager must have:
A Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience working in a clinical or care home setting
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, residents, and families
A positive, flexible, and compassionate attitude
Knowledge of clinical procedures including wound care, medication administration, infection control, and moreBenefits
