Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with strong expertise in ITSM (IT Service Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and HRSD), from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
* Facilitate workshops to gather and define business requirements.
* Translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
* Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
* Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
* Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Track and report project progress, KPIs, and risks to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure effective change management and user adoption strategies.
* Support UAT, training, and transition to support teams.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ServiceNow implementations.
* Strong hands-on experience with:
o ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
o HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management).
* Experience managing end-to-end enterprise-level projects.
* Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
* Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
