Job Description
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times.
* Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross.
* Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
* Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
* Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
* Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good problem-solving abilities
* Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
* Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks
* Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
