Role
As an Imaging Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the CT Colon and pre‑examination cannulation in both CT and MRI services across all our sites. Your primary objective will be to assist our radiographic staff in all non‑nursing aspects of patient care in MRI/CT and Ultrasound, including specialised procedures in cross‑sectional imaging.
Responsibilities
* Assist in CT Colon and pre‑examination cannulation in CT and MRI services.
* Support radiographic staff with non‑nursing patient care in MRI/CT and Ultrasound.
* Perform specialised cross‑sectional imaging procedures.
* Provide keyboard and PC support in a fully digital department.
Qualifications
* Previous patient care experience is required.
* Radiology experience is desirable.
* Keyboard and PC skills and knowledge are required.
Employment Details
* Posts available full time and part time.
* All posts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
