Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 base DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role:
1. Develop deep relationships with clients leading digital transformation projects
2. Specialize in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or digital transformation recruitment
3. Source hard-to-find technical talent across software engineering, data analytics, and DevOps.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment for business-critical technology projects
5. Build your own desk within your chosen technical specialty
6. Partner with organizations from innovative startups to FTSE 100 enterprises
What You'll Need:
7. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
8. Understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is a plus
9. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
10. Commercial awareness of technology trends and market dynamics
