Our homes offer specialist care, facilities, and comprehensive training and development packages for staff. With your help, they'll perform at their best in every area. Using your expert knowledge and passion for improving young people's outcomes in our care, you'll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility.

It's a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, supporting them to develop their homes so that our young people receive the best outcomes possible. Where change is needed, you will lead and be part of a team that supports and drives development, maintaining the Witherslack Group's vision and values.

Responsibilities and Requirements

* A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
* Leading in care development, with at least 4 years' experience working in Children's Homes, demonstrating change management and role development.
* Experience in coaching, safeguarding, mentoring, and understanding Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as visits to homes nationwide are required.
* Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Professional qualification at Level 3 in Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* At least 4 years' experience in a children's home at a senior level within the last three years.
