Position Overview
As a Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive rural property consultancy services to our client's diverse portfolio of clients across Norfolk. You will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the continued success of the agency.
Responsibilities
* Conduct valuations of rural and residential properties
* Assist with Environmental Stewardship and grant applications
* Manage contract farming arrangements and compensation claims
* Prepare farm business tenancy agreements and licences
* Support rural planning and diversification initiatives
* Contribute to the sales and letting of rural properties
Requirements
* RICS accredited degree or actively working towards one
* Strong rural background with practical agricultural understanding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proficient in relevant computer applications and software
* Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
