VANRATH are delighted to be working alongside a market-leading property and professional services organisation with a long-established presence in Northern Ireland, as they seek to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their Belfast team.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's marketing and communications strategy across a broad range of activities. You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to drive visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead the development and delivery of PR and press release activity, maintaining strong media relationships.
 * Oversee all company events - from client hospitality to corporate launches and industry networking.
 * Manage and update the company website, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
 * Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and branded collateral.
 * Manage and grow the company's social media presence across key platforms.
 * Oversee database management and coordinate email marketing campaigns.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality communications.
 * Contribute to the evolution of the company's marketing strategy as it continues to grow.
 * Lead business development through marketing (email campaigns, events etc.).
The Ideal Candidate
 * Proven experience in a Marketing / Communications / Events role (3+ years preferred).
 * Strong PR and copywriting skills, with the ability to manage media relations and press content.
 * Creative flair with experience in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
 * Excellent organisational and project management skills.
 * Experience managing websites, social media channels, and CRM/email platforms.
 * Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
