Junior Geotechnical Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
Responsibilities
* Designing geotechnical structures including retaining walls, slopes, foundations and infrastructure.
* Carrying out Desktop studies and overseeing ground investigations.
* Groundwater & gas monitoring, borehole logging & soil sampling.
* Factual and interpretive report writing.
* Mentoring junior members of the team.

Requirements
* Experience as a Geotechnical Engineer with a strong understanding of soil mechanics and ground investigation.
* Degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc).
* A full and clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Living in or near Doncaster and having a full right to work in the UK.
