Responsibilities
* Dealing with entire process of residential sale, purchase, re- mortgage and transfer of equity etc. with minimum supervision
* All associated activities and dealings with clients, other side, third parties, lenders, HMRC and HMLR etc.
* All post completion procedures
Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of residential property transactions ideally 3 to 4 years minimum
* Ability to operate with minimum supervision
* Knowledge and understanding of all legal firm compliance requirements e.g. AML, GDPR, Cyber and Fraud regulations.
