We’re working with a long-established creative agency in Manchester to find a driven, passionate Midweight Designer to join their team.Our ClientA lovely mid-sized agency with a great culture and team spirit, they’re based right near a tram stop so easily commutable via public transport. They’ve got some great clients across hospitality, leisure, property and public sectors.RoleThe role will see you work closely with the Managing Director and Account Directors, predominantly dealing with a large international hospitality and leisure business which operate a number of brands. The campaigns they deliver for the clients have a good split across traditional and digital campaigns; print, press, social, email and the web. You’ll be given a fair amount of responsibility and the opportunity to progress, as well as the opportunity to learn from some highly experienced people.YouYou will ideally have some agency experience under your belt, but we will consider outstanding candidates from marketing backgrounds who can articulate why they would like to move into an agency environment. A can-do attitude and good communication skills is hugely important to this agency. You should be fast-paced and have a good attention to detail also. Ideally you’ll have had exposure to both print and digital campaigns, and any experience using Hubspot would be advantageous.What’s in it for you
