Amour Recruitment is seeking an Administration Assistant based in Segensworth, to cover an initial 3-month period, covering long term sickness absence, so you must be available to start work immediately.
Duties include:
1. To provide an efficient word processing service as required. This includes the typing of letters, reports etc.
2. Making sure that all administration tasks are completed within set service levels, report any non-compliance to the Admin Team Leader
3. Answering in bound telephone calls and assisting the caller
4. To assist the administration team with all clerical administrative duties as required to include booking appointments, contacting customers etc.
5. Assist with the new starter and leavers process, ensuring all new starters are set up for their first day with the company to include ID badges and building access requests.
6. Meet and greet all visitors ensuring the are booked in correctly
Personal requirements:
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
8. Proven experience of providing admin support to a busy team
9. Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
10. Excellent attention to detail
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1400 (30 hours a week)
Salary: £12.71 an hour (£19,827.60)
