Overview:
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dry-cleaning business, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage staff, control costs, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the dry-cleaning facility.
* Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
* Monitor workflow, quality control, and turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
* Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, packaging materials, and equipment maintenance.
* Track sales, prepare reports, and monitor financial performance against targets.
* Develop and implement marketing and customer retention strategies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
* Recruit, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
