We have an exciting opportunity for a Delegate Engagement Manager to join our London team.
Managing the delegate (buyer) audience recruitment and retention for two of our senior-level forums, you will have experience of building strong customer relationships, innovative event promotion and working with CRM systems.
Key elements of the job include:-
· Forum marketing, promotion and content creation across multiple channels
· Customer (delegate) engagement, management and retention
· Developing and delivering a first-class customer experience at our events
· CRM / database management
Desirable skills/experience:-
· Social media campaign & content creation, execution and reporting
· Email marketing campaign creation, execution and reporting
· CRM
· Experience of delivering top-class events or similar to senior-level executives an advantage
· Experience of working in a target-driven role
This is a full-time position with flexible office-home working (at least three days a week in the office in London SW14).
