Job Description A leading luxury travel operator is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Director of UK Trade Sales to lead and accelerate growth across the UK market. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and executing a national trade sales strategy, driving revenue across both established and newly launched products, and strengthening long-term partnerships with UK travel agents. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing sales function during an ambitious phase of expansion, with a requirement to be office-based in the North of England at least one day per week. Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Director of UK Trade Sales will lead, motivate and develop a well-established sales team while acting as a key commercial figurehead within the wider travel trade. Responsibilities include revenue growth, market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, commercial and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
