What to Expect
* Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sector.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in Dermatology and Rheumatology.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
* Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is conveyed.
* Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals in handling product inquiries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Who You Will Be Working With
* Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will work closely with Account Manager colleagues, Customer Pathway Managers (CPMs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Marketing, and Healthcare Compliance.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly motivated and results-oriented with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, with a focus on Dermatology and/or Rheumatology preferred.
* ABPI qualified.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage collaborators.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.

Office Location
