B&Q New Malden – Customer Advisor
Full‑time, 36.75 hours per week. Permanent contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 5:00am – 10:00pm. UK notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour (includes £0.81 hourly store‑specific allowance).

Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to customers on home‑improvement projects.
* Drive sales and promote B&Q products.
* Manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great.
* Perform paint‑mixing and timber‑cutting duties as trained, though great customer service is the main aim.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about helping others.
* Happy to learn and adaptable to new technology and ways of working.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
* Obsessed with home improvement.
