Intro
Join a market-leading B2B technology provider where you will focus on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships. This role suits an ambitious sales professional with 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B hunting, lead generation, and closing, ideally across SaaS, IT Services, or related solutions.
The Role
* Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Northern Ireland
* Run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, with support from technical specialists
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline, tracking activity and forecasting accurately
* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that solve real customer problems
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow up quickly on inbound interest
* Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
What We Are Looking For
* 3 to 5 years' B2B sales experience with a strong new-business focus
* Proven success in prospecting, booking meetings, and closing deals
* Confident communicator who can run discovery, tailor solutions, and negotiate
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to clear activity and revenue goals
* Background in SaaS, IT Services, or technology solutions is ideal, but we are open to strong sellers from adjacent B2B sectors
* Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing your pipeline
