Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer looking for your next opportunity to work on developing real products vital in key industries like automotive & automation?
Platform has partnered with a multinational OEM recognised for their industry leading products within industrial drives to grow their advanced Electronics R&D team, developing new products from concept to manufacture.
Responsibilities as an Electronics Engineer:
+ Lead hardware design within a multidisciplinary team of engineers
+ Design and develop analogue, digital, and electronic circuits and systems
+ Explore emerging technology in the field, innovating ways to incorporate into designs and products
+ Working alongside a talented and multi-disciplinary team consisting of hardware, firmware and mechanical engineers to navigate complex system designs and trade-offs.
Technical Requirements as an Electronics Engineer:
+ Degree in Electronics or related discipline with significant experience in a commercial environment
+ Strong understanding of EMC & functional safety
+ Ability to work independently and design hardware right first time
Desirable Experience:
+ Charted Engineer status
+ Ability to build prototypes, experimentation on systems and bench test
+ Thermal, mechanical or EMC for motor drives
