Hours: Negotiable
Shift Patterned
General Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
* Monitor health conditions and administer medication
* Update care plans and maintain accurate records
* Supervise and support junior staff
* Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
* Adhere to infection control, safeguarding policies, and health and safety protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For:
* NMC- Registered Nurse with current registration
* Previous experience in care homes and or long term care (desirable)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and infection control
* Genuine passion for providing compassionate care
