Home Administrator Location: Belfast Salary: £13 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week We are looking for an organised and confident Home Administrator to support the smooth running of our care home. This is a key role providing administrative, clerical and customer service support to ensure our residents, visitors and staff receive a professional and efficient service. About the Role As a Home Administrator, you will: Provide day-to-day administrative and reception support within the Home. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information in line with Beaumont's Information Governance Policy. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visiting professionals. Support compliance with policies including Safeguarding, Whistleblowing, and Health & Safety. Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering calls and managing enquiries. Promote the company's Vision, Values, equality and diversity in all work activities. Attend mandatory training and take on reasonable additional duties when required. About You We're looking for someone who is: Organised, reliable, and able to multitask.
