The Role As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements * Leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional care * Driving business development, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing care hours * Building strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider community * Promoting Home Instead's values and brand locally with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with the vision, energy, and expertise to grow a branch and develop a strong presence in the Monmouth area.
