However, flexible working patterns are available, including options such as 8:00am-6:00pm over 4 days, 8:00am-4:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload and undertake duty responsibilities, including Initial Response Service (IRS) assessments. Administer medications, including depot injections, with sound knowledge of Clozapine and Lithium management. Work collaboratively with service users in the community, promoting recovery and facilitating access to appropriate services. Provide supervision and support to junior or non-qualified staff, contributing to a positive learning environment. Apply knowledge of the Mental Health Act to ensure safe and effective practice. Liaise with external partners such as social services, community organisations, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care. Deliver therapeutic interventions and provide signposting to additional support services where appropriate.
