Marketing Analytics Lead Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based) Salary: £66,000–£77,000 10% Bonus (Quarterly) Equity The Company A fast-growing global platform connecting property owners with trusted house and pet sitters. Established over a decade ago and backed by recent investment, the company offers a unique non-transactional service model—members exchange pet care for a place to stay, enabling memorable travel experiences for sitters and peace of mind for owners. Now valued at over $100M, the business is scaling rapidly with a data-driven approach at the heart of its next phase of growth. The Role This is a hands-on and strategic Marketing Analytics Lead position within a growing analytics function. You’ll own marketing attribution, lead brand performance analysis, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. You’ll manage and mentor a small team while remaining technically hands-on with SQL and campaign measurement. Expect visibility across the C-suite and the opportunity to shape marketing analytics for a global digital-first brand. Key Responsibilities - Own and optimise multi-channel marketing attribution models (digital and brand campaigns) - Lead marketing analytics projects from design to execution, including brand lift and incrementality studies - Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external agencies on campaign performance analysis - Develop self-serve analytics capabilities through SQL-based tools and dashboards - Manage and mentor 1–2 analysts while contributing hands-on to high-impact analysis - Work closely with data engineering teams to support ongoing improvements in data structure and pipelines Skills & Experience Essential: - Proven experience in marketing analytics across digital and brand channels - Strong hands-on ability with SQL; experience with attribution and incrementality testing - Confident working with marketing stakeholders and presenting insights at a senior level - Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Supermetrics, GA4, Mode) - Previous experience leading or mentoring analysts Desirable: - Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, BigQuery) - Experience working with CRM tools like Braze - Familiarity with MMM, econometrics, or brand lift studies - Background in a fast-scaling digital product or membership-based platform Benefits Salary: £66,000–£77,000 Bonus: 10% paid quarterly (based on company performance) Equity: Available to all employees Remote Working: 100% remote across the UK Growth: Exposure to high-impact projects across marketing strategy and data science How to Apply Send your CV to Mohammed Buhariwala at Harnham using the Apply link on this page or connect directly to find out more.
