Duties and responsibilities related to the Finance Assistant role Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorisation and coding Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong working relationships Support the Finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required About you You will have previous experience working in an Finance Assistant or similar finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel are essential.
