Responsibilities
* Manage schedules, appointments, emails.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
* Handle clerical tasks.
* Communicate effectively via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials in advance.
* Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience in an office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Strong clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
