Description We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic colleague to join and lead our busy Warehouse Operational team. This is a full-time position, working 37.5hrs per week, working Monday – Friday 22:00-06:00 Role Profile: Working within a busy operational team you will r eport to the First Line Manager You will maintain effective relationships with the customer, the team, and other functions to ensure excellent customer service is achieved You will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met and, where possible, exceeded You will help with introducing, implementing, and supporting innovative ideas, changes and solutions Ensure co-ordination and handover Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations Ensure resource availability and skilled trained resource Deliver consistent service levels seeking to exceed customer expectations Effective leadership, management, and communication with all warehouse departments Responsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours Display a ‘can do’ attitude to enhance motivation of team Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all internal / external KPI’s are achieved and regularly reviewed Ensure site standards are maintained at all times Proactive involvement in site CI Experience & Qualifications: E-commerce experience desirable Proven experience of leading and engaging a team Previous warehouse experience essential Excellent communication skills Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative A strong ‘Can Do’ Attitude Ability to manage and succeed in a very demanding environment Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in busy periods
