As a Registered Manager your role will involve managing the residential home on a day to day basis, ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
From overseeing care delivery to managing staff schedules and well-being, your keen attention to detail will help create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
Your leadership will inspire and empower them, cultivating a culture centred on excellence and care.
Promote commitments to delivering exceptional care by overseeing assessments, personalized care plans, and ongoing monitoring. Your efforts will have a direct and positive impact on the children's quality of life.
Work closely with the DASHH team to provide specialized therapeutic support to our children. Working together to create a holistic approach to care, enhancing the overall well-being of the children.
Stay informed on the latest standards and regulations from the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and Social Care Wales (SCW). Your expertise will ensure full compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.
QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care in Children and Young People
Proven experience in a residential care setting as a Registered Manager
