Job Opportunity: Contracts Administrator

We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team and provide essential administrative and helpdesk support to our Service & Maintenance division.
* Provide dedicated support to the Contracts Manager for all contract and works matters.
* Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
* Coordinate and manage reactive and PPM works via our CAFM system, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records across client CAFM systems and internal platforms.
* Track reactive and additional works, including costings, ensuring all works are fully invoiced in a timely manner.
* Assist with compiling Hard FM reports across Residential and Mechanical contracts.
* Support the generation of quotes based on costing sheets provided by the Contracts Manager.
* Act as a key point of contact for client queries and work-in-progress updates.
🛠️ Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a Service & Maintenance administrative environment.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks and callouts.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with CAFM systems is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to produce accurate reports and documentation.
* Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
* Flexible approach, with a willingness to work overtime when required.
* Knowledge of PPMs, assets, scopes of work, and contractual documentation is an advantage.
