Category Manager – Facilities
We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the strategic management of Facilities across a global, multi-site environment. This role will be responsible for developing category strategy, managing supplier relationships, and supporting a broad portfolio of and facilities services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement category strategies across and facilities services to support business objectives
* Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against agreed service levels and KPIs
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, standardisation, and risk reduction across the portfolio
* Partner with internal stakeholders to support site operations, transitions, and broader business requirements
* Ensure contractual and procurement activity is aligned with internal governance and compliance requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within facilities
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing contracts and supplier agreements
* Ability to operate effectively within a complex, international environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
* Proactive, strategic, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
