Top global law firm is looking to hire a 4 - 12 PQE Finance Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer into their market-leading Finance team in London. This opportunity is open to either fee-earners looking to take their first step into the Knowledge space or existing Knowledge Lawyers. This role will sit in the Fund Finance sub-group, but fund finance experience is not actually required, the firm will happily consider those from a more generalist finance background. There will be support from the PSLs from the wider Debt Finance PSL community - there are several PSLs across the wider finance practice. Responsibilities of a Knowledge Lawyer include: Tracking relevant legal and market developments; Maintaining precedents and know-how resources; Training and development of juniors and clients; Contributing to internal and/or client bulletins/publications; Partnering with BD/Marketing Supporting the development and adoption of legal tech/AI solutions to improve efficiency Horizon scanning and thought leadership initiatives This role can be either five days per week or four days per week, depending on preference. Prior knowledge/PSL experience is not required.
