The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role includes overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role demands the ability to support clients across all media globally, managing projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with team members and managers are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities and contribute to strategic discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs considering time and resource constraints.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily.
* Keep team members informed on project statuses.
* Support and motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain high attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all necessary assets are available.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins and invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn software used by the team, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, remain calm under pressure, be proactive, personable, and have a positive attitude.
