The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on social media strategy and execution to lead RAESO’s global social presence.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who understands how to build a modern luxury beauty brand online, combining storytelling, performance thinking, and cultural relevance.
You will own and evolve RAESO’s social ecosystem across platforms, translating our Circadian Skin Science™ positioning into content that drives engagement, education, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Management
* Own and execute RAESO’s global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
* Plan and manage content calendars aligned to launches, campaigns, and retail moments
* Ensure consistent brand voice: editorial, intelligent, and benefit‑led
Content Creation & Direction
* Concept and create high‑performing content (video, static, storytelling formats)
* Brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creators
* Translate complex skin science into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content
Performance & Growth
* Drive follower growth, engagement, and conversion across channels
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on insights
* Work closely with paid media to align organic and performance strategies
Community & Brand Building
* Build and nurture a global community through meaningful engagement
* Manage DMs, comments, and conversations with a premium, brand‑aligned tone
* Identify and engage key creators and tastemakers
Campaigns & Launches
* Lead social rollout for product launches and brand campaigns
* Support global retail moments (e.g. Sephora, Liberty) with tailored social strategies
* Ensure seamless integration across social, email, and e‑commerce
What We’re Looking For
* 3–6+ years experience in social media / digital marketing (beauty or luxury preferred)
* Strong understanding of what performs on social today, especially TikTok and Instagram
* Ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial outcomes
* Experience growing and managing brand social accounts end‑to‑end
* Confident translating science or technical concepts into accessible content
* Strong visual eye and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics
* Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
Nice to Have
* Experience working with global retailers (e.g. Sephora, Liberty)
* Creator/influencer management experience
* Paid social understanding
* Background in skincare, wellness, or science‑led brands
