Regional Sales Manager – London & South East - £50k-£60k DOE, Monthly Commission OTE £68k-£78k, Car & Fuelcard
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of 7 across London, the South East, and parts of the South.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales leader with strong knowledge of the construction industry—ideally within temporary works or builders' merchants—to take ownership of a key region and drive growth through people and relationships.
The Role
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7 field sales professionals, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Develop and deliver regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Spend significant time in the field, supporting the team with customer visits and building strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
* Identify opportunities for growth within construction contractors, housebuilders, and distribution partners.
* Work closely with senior leadership to share market insight and shape commercial plans.
About You
* Proven experience as a sales manager or regional sales leader in the construction sector leading a sales team
* Strong background in temporary works, construction products, or builders' merchants.
* A natural coach and mentor who develops people, not just manages them.
* Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Commercially astute, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results through your team.
